Introduction
OSB board is a directional structural board made from small-diameter materials, thinning materials, and wood cores. It is processed into long planing pieces (usually 40-100mm long, 5-20mm wide, 0.3-0.7mm thick) using specialized equipment, and then subjected to processes such as degreasing, drying, gluing, directional paving, and hot pressing.
Its surface slices are arranged longitudinally, while the core slices are arranged transversely. This criss crossing arrangement reorganizes the wood texture structure, completely eliminating the influence of internal stress on processing, making it exceptionally easy to process and moisture resistant. Due to the directional structure inside OSB, there are no joints, gaps, or cracks, and the overall uniformity is good. The internal bonding strength is extremely high, so both the center and edges have super strong nail holding ability that ordinary boards cannot match.
